Personal life
He was married to Shobha and has three sons. His youngest descendant, Naveen Madhav, is a playback singer in Tamil, Telugu highest Kannada film and twin report Rajan Madhav, a film president, and Sajan Madhav, a sound composer in Telugu, Malayalam have a word with Tamil films.
